Our Work
Vihaan: Care and Support for People Living with HIV/AIDS
Vihaan is a comprehensive project aimed at providing essential care and support services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV), with a particular focus on FSW, MSM, and TG communities. Funded by MSACS and the Global Fund, Vihaan seeks to improve the quality of life for PLHIV by:
-
Increasing access to services: Expanding access to essential services, including HIV testing, counseling, treatment, and prevention
-
Early linkage: Connecting PLHIV to care, support, and treatment services as soon as possible after diagnosis
-
Reducing stigma and discrimination: Promoting awareness and understanding of HIV/AIDS and challenging negative stereotypes
-
Increasing treatment adherence: Supporting PLHIV in adhering to their treatment regimens to achieve optimal health outcomes

Areas of Intervention
Recognizing the pressing challenges faced by our community, we have developed a comprehensive set of need-based interventions to address their diverse needs.
